There have been several Letters to the Editor on the upcoming school levy vote printed in the Lake County News Chronicle over the last several weeks. The school board has made efforts to get information out to voters as well. The official information from the school district can be found here.
Last week I had the opportunity to visit our state capitol. It was a good experience. I had a chance to visit with our state senator and representative. I learned a little more about our state budget woes. The legislators from both parties all agree that “fixing” the budget will not happen without some pain.
